• All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

• A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• Please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the KDDW 2025 Secretariat by e-mail (kddwconference@medioffice.or.kr) after writing the registrant’s name on the bank remittance receipt.
• Please note that the fees has to be transferred under the registrant’s name and the name must be stated on the receipt.
• Appropriate payment should be completed within the right period of registration. If you pay after the registration period, you will need to pay the corresponding additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by October 20, 2025	50% Refund
Cancellation after October 21, 2025.	No Refund

• Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail (kddwconference@medioffice.or.kr).
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
• All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
• Please refer to the above cutoff dates for cancellation.
