Important Date
The Scientific Committee of KDDW 2024 cordially invites you to submit abstracts. Abstracts should be submitted online via abstract submission system through the website no later than deadline.
Submitted abstracts can be revised on the website during the abstract submission period. And submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee.
Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Step 1. Fill out Abstract Title
- Step 2. Choose presentation type & Submission type & Topic category
- Step 3. Fill out the presenting author information
- Step 4. Fill out the co-authors’ information

- Step 6. Review and submit
Please follow these guidelines carefully
- Abstracts should be no more than 300 words. Word count only includes the text body of your abstract.
- All abstracts should be written in English, including the title, abstract text, names of the authors, affiliations, and table, figure, or graph.
- Authors may edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the accuracy of the abstract. There will be no additional editing after the deadline.
- It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
- A confirmation letter of abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter, presenting author and corresponding author by e-mail upon completion of on-line submission. The contact details you provide must coincide with those of the presenting author and corresponding author, Otherwise the presenter will not receive important information about the allocated session(s).
If there is no confirmation letter after abstract submission, please contact the secretariat, kddw2024info@medioffice.or.kr
- Presenting authors must register for the conference through the website by October 20 (Sun), 2024
- Abstracts should be submitted in English even if the session is in Korean. Session details will be informed later with the acceptance notice of your submitted abstract.
- Case report can also be submitted.
Notification of Acceptance
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to reviewing procedures.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding, presenting and abstract submitting authors.
Withdrawal of Abstract
- If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
- If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (kddw2024info@medioffice.or.kr) in writing as soon as possible.
